Where a signed agreement exists between you and Neuralforge, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

4.2 Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added at the prevailing rate. Neuralforge provides transparent, fixed-scope pricing for defined projects; any changes to scope must be agreed in writing by both parties.

4.3 Timelines and Delivery

Project timelines provided are estimates based on information available at the time of quotation. While we aim for on-time delivery, Neuralforge shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including client-side delays in providing data, access, or approvals.

5. Client Responsibilities

When engaging Neuralforge for services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, data, and access necessary for us to perform the services;
Ensure you have the legal right to share any data provided to us;
Comply with all applicable data protection laws when sharing personal data with us;
Designate appropriate personnel to review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Neuralforge processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. Where Neuralforge processes personal data on your behalf as a processor, we will enter into a data processing agreement consistent with Article 28 of the UK GDPR.

7. AI Solutions and Professional Disclaimer

AI systems, including machine learning models and automated workflows, are provided for business purposes and are inherently probabilistic. While Neuralforge applies rigorous testing and quality assurance, we do not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free or free from bias. You remain responsible for human oversight of AI-driven decisions, particularly those with legal, financial, medical, or employment consequences. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Neuralforge excludes all implied conditions, warranties, and terms in respect of the Website and services;
Neuralforge shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business interruption;
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim;
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
